 yummy looking chocolate pretzels aren't they? :PIn about 10 minutes, fireworks will go off to welcome the new year. Heck, I even hear some going off right now. How typical for people in kuching to be off by 10 minutes. Anyway, I didn't get on just to criticize myself and the people who live around me, I came on to write a post 10 minutes before new Year's Eve, which isn't really turning out to be a big deal in my house at the moment. As I sit here in my unshowered glory, I am rememebering all the great times I had in 2009, at the same time, pushing all the nasty memories out of my head. But after all, what kind of normal life could I have possibly have had without them? I am so going off topic again here... Anyway, I wish to thank everyone who has been in my life this year, and I hope to see them again in the next year. Only the people I like of course :) And of course, new year resolutions . Ha Haha Ha Ha Ha Ha ( in a monotonal robotic voice) This is probably the first time I've ever put the resolutions down somewhere. Usually I just go ' yep, I will not be lazy in the yr ----' and forget all about it. But this time I'll put it here, and knowing myself, this post will be the first thing I see on my blog, for a very long time. So here goes: In 2010 I .. 1. will stop procrastinating. 2. will stop lazing around ( which is a very different reason from no.1 because I laze around for no reason, not to procrastinate) 3. will put more effort in my studies 4. will enjoy myself , with no 1-3 being in priority, hopefully 5. will think of more resolutions to add later but these seem to be the most important at the moment.  Looking for lost dreams, trying to fix broken seams, searching for something that has long gone finding missing jigsaw pieces finding out they're the wrong ones continually searching for the perfect match disappointed that there's nothing there hoping one day it'll appear somewhere but what if that day never comes picking up the broken pieces crying til your voice is hoarse engulfed in desolateness praying, hoping for miracle that just won't come wishing the past could be erased that cruel words could be taken back that actions could be redone letting love be left unsaid tears drop off one by one falling like raindrops off a cheek wallowing in self pity and remorse forgotten all alone |

 So many choices have have to been made these few weeks. The words 'should i?' have gone through my head too many times for me to count and is still there. So many huge decisions to make, decisions that will affect my future, which is what make these desicions so daunting. Things like homework almost seem petty compared to these life-changing decisions, which seem to consume my life right now. I have made so many mistakes in the past, and I hope to right them with the choices I have and will make. So I just hope that everything will turn out alright, and I can achieve what I hope to. After I make these decisions I wish to just sit down and smell the roses, relax and take in everything, just appreciate all the beautiful people surrounding me and be grateful for everything I have. I meant to do this post long ago but I kept forgetting. Sorry Lily. Anyway here is an acrostic poem me and Wei Li wrote up describing you. Hope you're happy with it.. XP
Loves the Jonas Brothers and will defend them to every extent. (you know it~~) Is the 'type' that is straight-faced when something ridiculously funny comes up (so ridiculous that we don't even know why we even laugh :P) Lollies, chocolate and anything sweet, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper (okay, clearly this is a bit of an exaggeration, you do eat savoury stuff too) Yaps away at stuff we have comprehended ages ago. (its interesting listening to you argue your case :P) Without her, life isn't as sweet Unique, she is the Lily we know and cherish, never to be forgotten This was made in honour of your birthday, of which you weren't here to celebrate with us :P, because of your absence. Happy Birthday Wei Li!!!!! Another year has passed since your last birthday, and you are now a year older. You're SWEET SIXTEEN! The age of which every girl celebrates with much joy to reach. The age of which new responsibilities have to be taken up Nevertheless, sixteen is generally a good age to be and I hope you have enjoyed your birthday, and will enjoy the days following it, until your next birthday, where you will get numerous more wishes to last you the following year.  Thanks for being a fantastic friend towards me, Wei Li. XP You are too nice and patient a person, really. Thanks for speaking up for me when I just had nothing to say. Thanks for bearing with me during my coconut-obsessed days, where I would ramble on and on about it, or so you said.. I'll try to behave better with the white shirt. I don't think I actually have said much, but then again, I didn't think I did ramble that much with coconut, so meh.. Thanks for choosing me to be your friend, when you didn't have to. Thanks(?) for correcting my unique pronunciations and laughing at them, okay not really for laughing but yeah.. blueks..>< I really can't think of anything else right now, so I'm just going to once again thank you for being one of the greatest friends I've had. I hope our friendship will last a long time. You are a beautiful girl with a shining personality and I'll not let you forget it.  Revel in the joy and simplicity of balloons~ Today is the last day of 1st semester. What fun it was, there were plenty of good memories. Some more memorable than most. I'll miss you guys when you leave me in Victoria. It's so unfair that BOTH of you have to go during the same hols. But oh well.. Life's like that I guess.. Next week everyone has work experience... except me.. have it the week after instead. Because of this, a lot of potential shopping trips with friends are destroyed.. NOooo.. And cause both of you are ditching me in the hols, I'll have no one to shop with.. All your fault la you guys.. You have to repay me by going shopping a lot the next term.== You owe me!! XD Anyway.. just going through the stuff I'll remember from this semester.
