Today i made chocolate mousse.. It didn't really turn out good cos I beat the egg whites too much, so in the end the mousse was kinda grainy, but its edible at least. XD

Anyway, when my bro saw this pic, he was like 'Wow she took a pic of a bowl of shit' whoopee, thanks for the uplifting compliment...

I used compound chocolate for this so it kinda tasted like the chocolate yoghurt thing they sell at coles. Can't really remember the proper name so i'm just going to refer to it as the 'choc yoghurt'. I was thinking it can't be that bad if it tastes like the choc yoghurt at coles right? Haha. At least Des ate it. If he eats it, it can't be too bad because he is really fussy about what he eats so yay. Haha..

Just a few days before, i made banana and choc chip cupcakes. I didn't exactly follow the recipe (skipped out a few ingredients cos i didn't have them :P).. so .. er.. didn't quite turn out as I hoped it would...

Whatever.., it was fun making it anyway.. made it with cheryl.. but all she did really was mess up stuff so i shooed her away and got her to come back after it was done to take pics. XD
